Reiki Therapy
Reiki healing is a practice that fosters physical, mental, emotional, and energetic healing. Originating in Japan and founded by Mikao Usui, this energy medicine modality harnesses the natural flow of Ki—the vital energy present in all living things. By channeling this energy through the practitioner’s hands, Reiki clears blockages and restores balance across the body, mind, and spirit, promoting relaxation, harmony, and overall well-being.
During a Reiki session, you'll be comfortably lying down, fully clothed, while the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above different parts of your body. They tune into areas where your energy might be stuck or out of sync. As the Reiki energy flows, you may experience sensations such as tingling, warmth, or a deep sense of relaxation.
Each person’s experience with Reiki is unique. Some might feel immediate relief, while others may notice benefits gradually unfolding in the days following the session. Reiki works on multiple levels—because, at its core, everything is energy. By addressing physical discomfort, emotional stress, mental tension, and even spiritual unease, Reiki helps to reset your entire being, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and embrace a renewed sense of vitality and harmony.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice suitable for people of all ages, and depending on your desired intention, it can be used as a stand-alone practice, or can complement other forms of medical treatment. You may be encouraged to set an intention for your session, focusing on specific areas you wish to focus on. Afterward, many people report improved sleep, enhanced mental clarity, emotional release, and a stronger connection to their inner selves.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation and reduces stress, making it a powerful tool for anyone seeking to restore balance and harmony in their lives.

Body Contouring and Sculpting
*Ask about our treatment packages* Body contouring using radio frequency (RF) is a non-invasive procedure that targets and reduces stubborn fat cells in specific areas of the body. This technique utilizes radio frequency energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin. The heat generated also helps to break down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. By undergoing radio frequency body contouring treatments, individuals can achieve a smoother, firmer appearance in targeted areas without the need for surgery or extensive downtime. We offer radio frequency body contouring as a safe and effective option for clients looking to enhance their body shape and make you feel your best. RF operates within the frequency range of 0.3-10 MHz, facilitating skin penetration to enhance skin tightness and firmness. By elevating the skin's temperature to 38-40 degrees, RF promotes the activation of existing collagen and elastin, resulting in a more toned and resilient skin texture. Additionally, the application of RF induces the production of new collagen and elastin through heat generation, contributing to the rejuvenation of the skin for a youthful appearance.
For optimal results, we recommend 6-8 sessions, one week apart. Your provider will discuss what is optimal for you.
