I’m Jinsheng — JZ — a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist. I work with a wide range of clients, from people seeking relaxation, maintenance, and general muscle tension relief to those dealing with pain, postural strain, sports injuries, accidents, changes in mobility, or chronic conditions.

My practice focuses on functional, assessment-based massage therapy grounded in anatomy, physiology, pain science, and movement. Treatment may be deep, gentle, relaxing, specific, or rehabilitative depending on what your body needs that day. I work with intention and precision, using manual therapy techniques from multiple traditions while adapting each session to the person in front of me. When helpful, I also provide activity-modification suggestions and tailored home exercises to support progress between visits.

In addition to my RMT training, I am certified as a Lymphedema and Wound Therapist, with training in Complete Decongestive Therapy. CDT combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage, compression care such as bandaging and garments, therapeutic exercise guidance, and self-care education. I have also completed a 130-hour Ontario Microcredential bundle in Skin and Wound Care, as well as University of Alberta continuing education courses in vestibular/concussion management and neurological rehabilitation. I am currently in my second cycle of the Chronic Pain and Opioid Stewardship program through Project ECHO, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

These additional studies help me adapt massage therapy more safely and thoughtfully for clients with swelling, persistent pain, dizziness, concussion history, neurological conditions, diabetes, vascular concerns, reduced mobility, or pressure-injury risk. They also strengthen how I think about circulation, tissue tolerance, pain sensitivity, movement, balance, and recovery — principles that are useful for more common concerns such as muscle tension, stiffness, stress-related holding patterns, overuse, and recovery after demanding work or activity.

My goal is to make each session useful both on and beyond the treatment table: helping you feel more settled, reduce unnecessary tension, move more comfortably, better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, and know what self-care may support your progress between visits.

Christine is a dedicated Medical Esthetician and a member of The Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA) with her experience starting in the esthetics field since 2014. Her diverse background includes working in various environments, from small private medi spas, boutique gym spas, nail franchise chains, hair salons to multi-billion-dollar corporations. With a solid academic foundation from York University, her BA in history complements her approach to esthetics. She holds a deep appreciation for the historical evolution of beauty practices and considers this historical perspective with modern skin care techniques, such as marma point facial massages. From a young age, she has always had a passion for all things beauty; namely helping people achieve healthy and happier skin. Christine’s journey started with exposure to wearing mineral SPF at a young age, later realizing the benefits of what SPF has done to her skin at the age of 19. Thus, sparking her interest in her early 20s in holistic ingredients in skin care products, natural health supplements and organic body care. She believes skincare is important for everyone and that prevention is significant, since it’s easier than correction. After graduating with honors in medical esthetics from Marca College, she became multi-certified in organic brands, holistic body treatments, and earned her Dermalogica Expert status. Now a part-time esthetic instructor for a reputable private beauty college, Christine is dedicated to continuous learning, attending industry workshops and pursuing certificate courses to offer exceptional treatments while ensuring a positive and comfortable client experience.

Hi, I’m Jade—a certified Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher dedicated to helping others reconnect with their truest selves. My journey into energy work and holistic wellness began with my own struggles with anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. These challenges ignited a deep passion in me to explore and heal these patterns. I believe our pain can be a profound teacher—meant to be honored, learned from, and eventually transformed into a more peaceful experience. To embrace a fulfilling life, it’s essential to nurture every aspect of wellness—mind, body, and spirit—while recognizing their deep interconnectedness. By understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and physical health influence each other, we can access deeper states of more consistent well-being. I help clients manage their energy by bringing conscious awareness to their energetic patterns, which often leads to a deeper connection with their well-being and a shift in perspective. My goal is to support clients in overcoming challenges and creating a life of intentional choice and freedom, using personalized tools and insights from my experience and training. My mission is to guide individuals toward a state of wholeness where they feel safe and empowered to create an authentic and fulfilling life. I’m excited to connect with you and support your journey.
